throttling bandwidth per subscription (UserRole) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello team,

I wanted to ask about an implementation of SCVMM 2016 and Network Controller Service, SLB/MUX Service, VPN Gateway Service. Besides all this back end infrastructure we have implemented Windows Azure Pack as a provisioning portal and we want to provide IaaS to customers. I need a method to implement a maximum bandwidth limit, ideally per subscription. A subscription in Windows Azure Pack I have seen that it translates to a UserRole in SCVMM2016.

Am I in the right forum category?

I have seen that using the gui and network classification there is this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/vmm/sdn-bandwidth-qos?view=sc-vmm-2016

Does it apply to scvmm 2016 with the setup I mentioned that I have?

Is there a GUI method (maybe using Windows Server 2016 or 2019 or maybe Admin Center - formerly Honolulu) to manage Network Controller and apply ACLs and general network management.

Is there a way to apply a limit per subscription?

    Thank you in advance.
