Cannot edit one user profile on project server 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have one user account on project server 2010 that I cannot edit - all fields are grey.

I there is a message at the top of the window that is as follows:

"The following resource(s) could not be checked
    out:
The following resource is already checked out to you in a different session: <users name>"

I have tried everything to clear this condition including restarting project server.

All other users are OK - I can edit as needed but this one user is locked and I cannot seem to find a way around it.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    thanks,

    Greg J Wilson

  • So you already went to Server Settings | Force Checkin Enterprise Objects and then selected Enterprise Resources?

I got the same problem with Project Server 2010, already did the procedure about "Force Checkin" but when the user comes to check out the Project it comes again the message about “The following resource is already checked out to you in a different session”.

What else can i do for resolving this issue?
