Shahab,
Please first check if the version of your AutoCAD is compatible with Windows 10:
Windows compatibility center:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/CompatCenter/Home
Also, try to install it in Windows compatible mode:
Right click the installer>Choose Properties>Under Compatibility tab>Choose OS

You need to contact AutoDESK.
According to their website Microsoft® Windows® 10 (requires AutoCAD 2016 SP1).
This is an AutoCAd problem. Not a Windows 10 problem!

Have you tried to install AutoCAD as Administrator?
You can also install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable (x86) package alone before you install the software.

You can start by posting in the appropriate Windows 10 IT Pro category forums.
This is a Windows 7 forum for discussion of issues with the Windows 7 operating system.
Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. ”

I have the same problem , and its no just with some autodesk installations , also happend to me when installing CITECT SCADA , the installations will fail when trying to install Visual C++ 2008 redistributable x86. I re-install windows and came to the same , I have tried lots of different things like uninstalling all the visual C++ and installing again , but nothing will help. There is lots of threads about this problem on several forums including the Autodesk and several windows but no solution till now. I am using a new Dell PC (3 month old) running Windows 10 pro version 1909 OS build 18363.836 , I have all the logs from the fail installations
