If you set your account in another computer with VPN, does the issue persist?
If the issue is missing ,the problem is related to your pc.First , remove the mcafee in your computer,you could change another VPN and make a test.
If the issue is still existed,the problem may caused by your account,try to disable the account and re-enable the account in SFB control pannel.
