  • Hi dpkerode,

If you set your account in another computer with VPN, does the issue persist?

If the issue is missing ,the problem is related to your pc.First , remove the mcafee in your computer, you could change another VPN and make a test.

If the issue is still existed, the problem may caused by your account, try to disable the account and re-enable the account in SFB control pannel.

    Regards,

  • Try to host file the names for internal servers

for external access set host file to 127.0.0.1

This way the connection is forced internally, if the VPN has a firewall, then that could be an issue too

  • Hi,

What is the difference between the one user who's SfB is ok when connected via VPN, and the other users who aren't?  Different connection profile, different ACLs applied to that group?

You need to check DNS resolution when connected via VPN, e.g.

    _sipinternaltls._tcp.<SIP Domain>
    lyncdiscoverinternal.<SIP Domain>

You also need to be able to resolve the Front End Pool FQDN.
