But we are unable to dis join from domain and getting below error.

We have check and found Netlogon service is missing in services.msc console.

  • Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).

    Locate the following registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Netlogon/

In the right pane, double-click the DependOnService value .

In the Multi-String Editor dialog box, type the following strings on separate lines, and then click OK:

    LanmanServer
    LanmanWorkstation

Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.

  • Hi,

Can you logon domain user account? You can try to create a new domain account to log it in.

Can you login as a local administrator account to remove the machine from domain?

1.It is suggested that use the local administrator to remove it from the domain on the Windows 7 machine. Choose "Use another account" and type in the format "computername\administrator".

In AD UC remove the machine name manually with a domain admin account.

2.In addition, you can also use netdom command to check the trust relationship between windows 7 and dc.

    3. Open cmd as administrator in windows7, type the command sfc /scannow.

4.Someone mentioned here, it is related to policy:

Open Event Viewer both client and server side, to check for more logs generated, helping us find the cause of it.
