Bluetooth problem... RRS feed

  • Please I cannot find the Bluetooth Peripheral Device for my computer using windows 7. Other bluetooth drivers are installed,except for the bluetooth peripheral device. I need help with this,thank you.

  • Please download the latest drivers from your laptops manufacturer's website and check the result after installation.

    Is the Bluetooth device shown in the device manager(Bluetooth device catalog or “Other devices” catalog)?
     

    If it is shown in device manager, we could try to right click to update it manually. Or try to download the driver from the device manufacturer website as arnavsharma suggested.
