    any recommendations for 3rd party application to monitor Skype for business 

    • monitor file transfer between clients
    • client monitor 
    • Service Availability Monitoring
    • Operation dashboard
    • services healthy
    • Phone Number Management....etc

    Yes, you could use the 3rd party application power suite to monitor Service Availability Monitoring for Skype for Business.

    Based on my research, you could also try to use the GSX Monitor & Analyzer to monitor your SFB server.

    You could also try to use Ensim Lync Manager, please refer to
