Remote Desktop issue in UAG RRS feed

  • I have a bit of a brain musher here thats been driving me nuts for the past week or so. Recently started having users access UAG portal with 2FA. A couple of end users are having an issue launching the remote desktop sessions through the portal. They have no problems logging on, but when they launch the remote connection via the portal, it hangs and never launches. I have checked, double checked, and triple checked to make sure the end users are up to date, that they have the current version of Remote Desktop, and have .NET framework 3.5.1 with HTTP activation and non-HTTP activation. Any ideas on what else I should be checking?

  • Do you have a certificate configured/linked on the RDP Session Host? If so, can the CRL be downloaded from the internet? I have seen simulair issue which was related to certificates.
