I did all the tests on my laptop that everything is working fine and it is O.K. So can anyone helpme to know how can I fix it. Thank you

  • Hi,

I suspect the software and the device do not support Windows 7 x64.

  • Hi,

Can you post the minidump files in C:\Windows\Minidump to skydrive? I
have created a short doc detailing this procedure,

  • Hi Nassif01,

The latest TomTom Home is compatible with 32-bit systems only. http://www.tomtom.com/services/service.php?id=16&tab=88

Which version of Windows 7 do you installed 32 or 64-bit?

If 64-bit, try installing it in compatiblity mode for 32-bit. Method here:
