  • Hello,

    Export-Mailbox -Identity <MailboxIdParameter> -PSTFolderPath <Path_Of_PST_Folder>\<File_Name>.pst

MailboxIdParameter = user Email Address (or) Domain name\user name.

  • Hi,

From your error description, there is a permission issue.

Please check if the account you use has been delegated the following permissions: Exchange Server Administrator role and local Administrators group for the source server and the target server, Full access to the source and target mailboxes.

What's more, here is a similar thread for your reference.

    Hope my clarification is helpful.

    Best regards,
