Pls help with minidump - BSOD DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I have a recurring blue screen error DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE (BCCode=9F) on my Asus laptop (Vista).

That appears exclusively a few minutes after waking up from S4 state.

I cannot find the hardware or driver responsible for this and likely unable to handle some power state change. I've tried disabling several devices, etc... with no luck.

Could someone help me identify the faulty driver by analyzing the minidump file?

    Many thanks.

As you can see the driver is very old. Get a driver update to fix the crashes.
