I was able to open a sample .cs file with a text editor, I tested with Notepad++, works just fine.

I have searched for the TimeHelper.cs. file but cannot find. Where would this be?

Hi,
sorry about the late response.
I am no longer running scsm 2010, I am running scsm 2012.
I would assume that a search for *.cs on the machine hosting the portal should find the required file.
