    An external company needs to look at our SMS_DEF.MOF, from what I read SCCM 2012 doesn't use SMS_DEF.MOF only the SCCM Console (Which I already use) is this true?  If so is there something else the company could read instead of SMS_DEF.MOF?

    Hi,

    You can use the export feature in the SCCM Admin Console under Client Settings, Hardware Inventory and export all your classes, that would be te same content as you had in the SMS_Def.mof file. So that should do it.
