  • hi,

    i have a sony vaio model:vgn-tz16sn/n and it has be changed from vista to 7 ultimate 32 bit. the problem is the camera isnt working and i have spent the last hour trying to figure it out. has anyone any ideas,from what i gather it a common driver issue with these when os is changed.

    any help would be great.

  • 1. What type of installation have you done? Have you install chipset driver just after vanilla plain installation followed by audio, video, network,etc drivers

    2. Alway use drivers from notebook producer.

    3. If the problem persists, contact support forum of netbook vendor.

  • Have you checked for any exclamation marks in device manager?

    Try downloading the camera driver for Windows 7 x32

  • no there is not even a symbol for the camera in device manager.. ill have a look see if i can find drivers for windows 7 x32
