  • How do you know it is a registry problem? I'd be careful with registry cleaners. Investigate what they intend to or are about to do. Blindly deleting stuff out of the registry could lead to disaster. Malwarebytes has a decent registry analyzer and cleaner, which offers to make a complete backup of the registry db before running, in the free version. Use with caution, and as always, backup your data off of the computer before starting.
