  • I just downloaded HealthVault yesterday, mainly to read info from a Walgreens blood pressure monitor that I bought.  Then I discovered that I could (supposedly)  also use it with the OneTouch Ultra2 blood sugar meter that I've had for some time.  The only problem is that I can't get the program to work.  I've gone through the installation process, seemingly succesfully, since both devices show up in the menu when I try to load data from them.  However, when I try to upload data nothing happens.

I've spent hours trying to figure this out, and I'm almost ready to give up.  The meter has always worked fine with the One Touch software (which I have uninstalled) so I know it's connecting.

I have a desktop PC with Windows 8, and a laptop with Windows 7, and I have so far been unable to find out if it takes different software versions for the two.  The problem I'm having is identical on both, though.  I have so far been unable to find any useful documentation on HealthVault, and it seems a bit odd to have a program as complex as this can be with no manual.

I'm about to tear out what little hair I have left.  Any ideas ?

  • If you're looking for the Help file for HealthVault Connection Center, it is here:

    https://account.healthvault.com/help/HVCC/4.0/en-US/default.htm

It can also be reached by pressing F1 in Connection Center or using the Help menu.

Sounds like you've done all the right things, such as uninstalling the software that came with OneTouch. Have you successfully uploaded to HealthVault from the Walgreens device?

  • I believe HealthVault Connection Center should be able to solve your problems. This is our desktop application that reads from devices.

    https://www.healthvault.com/us/en/connectioncenter

Once you have it installed and running choose Sinovo and find your device in there.
