  • I booted into safe mode to try an fix a issue I selected to boot with command prompt butb I have a all black screen an can't get out of safe mode now I restarted the laptop a few times still the same 'anyone know how to fix this?

    Could you tell me whether the all black screen occurred once you boot into safe mode or occurred when you get out of safe mode.

    If you can boot into safe mode with command prompt normally but cannot get out, you can imput “Control” + “Alt” + “Delete”, then sign out. After that, you can restart the computer easily.

    If you cannot boot into safe mode with command prompt, I suggest you first check the settings in msconfig. Just start Windows normally, then type “Msconfig” in search box, check “boot options” > “Minimum”. If you still cannot boot into it, I infer the most possible reason for your issue is the system files for safe mode damaged. The issue is more possible come with the setup image than the system file corrupted after setup.

    Firstly, please try BCDboot and SFC tool the fix the files for test.

    If it doesn’t work, you would make an installation media from official website below and restore the system from the installation media.
