SFB 2016 Activation Question

Hi. I have deployed SFB 2016 to a small group of machines. (These machines did not upgrade from Lync 2013 to SFB 2015 so i created a SFB 2016 package). Issue i have to that it looks like these machines are now asking for an activation key (I assumed the Lync 2013 key would still work, my mistake). We dont have a KMS, i used a KMS key to activate on one of the clients ok.
I have googled and cant find a way to activate these through SCCM or GP.

Any help on getting these activated? Cheers

According to your description, I understand that you want to activate SFB 2016 client, for this issue you could use office customization tool to activate SFB client, for details, please refer to the following similar case

Note: Although the screenshots are for Lync 2013 client, but the same for Skype for Business 2016. This deployment is not meant for any Office 365 or Click-to-run product
