Problem with folder permission WSUS RRS feed

  • Question

  • Good morning,

Someone has been through this folder access issue.
I've given full permission to the network service and wsus administrators and still continue with this error.

    ID error 12072.

    <textarea autocomplete="off" class="goog-textarea short_text" dir="ltr" disabled="disabled" id="source-is" name="text-is" spellcheck="false" style="overflow-y:hidden;overflow-x:auto;box-sizing:border-box;padding-bottom:32px;height:69px;padding-right:20px;" wrap="SOFT"></textarea>

The WSUS content directory is not accessible.
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

  • Hi Emerson Hasegawa,

    1. Where do you store the content folder, is it in network path? It is recommended to store locally.

    2. Check the ACL of the folder, also check if it is shared to everyone:

    Best Regards,

    Anne

  • Hi Emerson Hasegawa,

    Have you solved your issue?

If still not, I would recommend opening a case with MS, so that more in-depth investigation can be done:
