I am using power query to upload data from other spreadsheet sources in excel using powerquery. When running the update I get a message that there are some errors

You should be able to edit the query and then pick "Keep Errors" from the ribbon in order to see just the errors in the result. (It's a little hard to find this option; you get to it by clicking the dropdown icon next to "Remove Errors".)

I'd recommend asking Excel specific questions on the Excel IT Pro Discussions forum instead.
Also, if you do some Excel programming, you may ask programming questions in the Excel for Developers forum.

As of the July release, you can click a link in the Workbook Queries pane that will show you the errors.Thursday, October 16, 2014 6:11 PM
