windows 7 to windows 10

Hi.

I was running windows 7 without any problems and then I was advised by a friend to put in windows 10 which I did. I could not see anything wrong until a few minor things happened, nothing to worry about but now my computer crashes on a regular basis. The other problem is Google Earth which ran perfectly on 7 but runs worse than a tortoise now says that my graphic card in not sufficient but it always has been.

Help needed please.

You will have to contact Google about your Google Earth problem as Microsoft does not support 3rd party applications. According to the Google Earth website, https://www.google.com/earth/download/ge/agree.html , it is not supported on Windows 10.

You may consider reverting back to Windows 7 on your system. There are many systems and applications that are not compatible with Windows 10.

For Google Earth problem, I’m afraid your best bet is connecting manufacturer for further help.

In addition, you could also check if it is related to compatibility issue.

If the problem still persists, you could try to go back to Windows 7.
