  • Hi Sikandar,

No, this is by default, you can use SfB only with one account on one client. If you switch to another account and SfB is still running, this will not work.

  • Hi Sikandar,

I have some doubts about  “when i login Windows 10 with switch account Skype for business does not allowing me to make any calls”, whether is or not  like following Scenario.

When you log in the win 10 and sign in SFB client with account1, then switch user and sign in SFB with account2, in the end, the SFB client can’t allow you to make any call?

If like above Scenario, based on my test , the SFB client could make a call.

Could you give me some error message of SFB client?

Set your account in another computer and make a test, does the issue persist?

  • I agree with Holger.

It is possible to make a call, but ist not possible to receive. It is a commun issue with shared workstations. There are 2 workarounds:

    1. every User need to log off before another user is lgging in

    2. Use a shared user account (most of the security guys dont like it), then you dont Need to log in.
