How to pass XRANK parameter to the Query object in .NET API? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Anyone has any sample code in JAVA/.NET to pass the XRANK parameters?

    Here is my FQL:

    xrank(feature:1,boost=500) and (country:ca)

    I'm passing in the filter for country as a query. But I don't know how to pass the XRANK - is there a SetParameter constant string that I should be using?

    Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

  • Figured out an answer for this one:

    myQueryObjectInstance.SetParameter(BaseParameter.QUERY, “XRANK(something,rankmehigh:some value,boost=100000)”);

  • Or, is there a better way of passing the entire FQL through the .NET API "as such" without having to go through the SetParameter calls for each modifier filters, sort etc.
