Error on updating a ticket RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

We have SCSM 20012 SP1 installed at one of our Customer.

When the staff from Internal Services try to update a ticket that was just created, by modifying the assignment, or the service area, they will get the message:

If we wait long enough perhaps 20min after creation the staff is able to modified, complete it or add a comment to it. The Internal Service Staff  are part of a role that we createdthat is a copy of the Request Analyst Role with restrictions to Standard views only.

The error we receive is :

Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.UnauthorizedAccessEnterpriseManagementException: The user XXX\xxx does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation.

    What could be the problem
