Project Server 2007 - Server Settings - Manage Categories : Projects RRS feed

  • In Project server 2007, under Server Settings->Manager Categories->... Projects List, we see many old projects which are deleted. How to remove these deleted projects from the List?

  • It means that you cannot restore them - given that you deleted the others in the 1st place I don't see this as an issue.  It depends of course about whether you are bothered about seeing them in the category groups.

    I have seen this before, on Project Server 2007, can't think that I ever got a valid answer, but just check that they are deleted from both the published, drafts and archived database.

  • Check on the Delete Enterprise Objects menu from the system settings.  YOu can selet draft or published (or I think Archived) DBs from there.  (sorry, not got a 2007 system to hand)

    Thank you.  I see all the deleted projects under archived databases.

    What is the impact of deleting projects from Archived database?
