Possible to upgrade from Win Server 2008 R2, Win Server 2008 Standart to Win Server 2008 R2 Ent?

Hi guys!

We have the following Dell servers that we purchased with the following OS'es-.

1x Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation

2x Windows Server 2008 Standard

In our Microsoft Partner program, we have licenses for 2008 R2 Standart edition - is it possible to upgrade to this without doing a complete reinstall???

(if I remember correctly, there is some option for upgrading from e.g Win 7 home premium to ultimate)

Foundation should be able to be upgraded to R2 standard, see

As for the other licenses, are they OEM, retail, or Volume licenses?

The servers came with the OS, so I geuss that most likely they are OEM.

I checked back, this laptop came with Win 8 home premium OEM, but it was upgradable to Win 7 ultimate via a inserting a license key.
