Windows 7 VS2008 Express "Application Wizard" "Application setting" not work RRS feed

    I do not know if this is the right place for my question.

    After installation I was able to compile PHP 5.4.9 using "Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1  (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3138)" and "Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express Editions with SP1" (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14597)  vcsetup.exe.
    Trying to follow the steps to the first project I stopped because "Win32 Application Wizard" did not allow any control on settings or buttons.
    I mention that on my system is noscript on firefox. I don't know if it can cause malfunction of SDK.
    I am new in Visual Studio.
