To this issue, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:
- Check if the affected users are in the same subnet.
- For affected users, check if they reply message to others, not include yourself.
- Rebuild the SFB/Lync profile for affected users and disable firewall on his PC
- Check if the affected user could send a new IM to others
- For affected user and working users, please run “Get-CsUser <SIP address>” to compare AD attributes
