MS Project 2013 Trial activation error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Running Windows 7 64 bit, downloaded and installed MS Project 2013 Trial version ok.  Attempted to activate trial version and got error "Sorry, we are having some temporary server issues."

This machine is connected to the internet, has good bandwidth, and MS Office 2013 Professional Plus version installed and activated ok.

What do I have to do to activate the MS Project 2013 trial version?

What has been tried so far:

    - shut down firewall for unfettered internet access, same error

    - direct connect to internet bypassing router and switch, firewall shut down, same error

    - uninstall, clean, reg clean, reinstall, same error

I suppose I can go use the GOOGLE PRODUCTS but I would rather use the Microsoft Project 2013 Trial version for a month, and make an informed decision.

  • Hello Larry

The 3rd page of this link provides a product activation key

  • Larry,

I am trying to escalate the activation issues through internal channels.  Thank you for your patience.
