Download programmes I frequently use of late show a statement saying that download directory cannot be created - sometimes a file does download to Download folder - after sometime the error message then appears - it does continue downloading but fails to
complete. The name of the download program is Spotnet and Newsleecher. Normal downloads via internet pages are going to downloadsfolder
The issue began on 30.06.2018 after several years of programme usage 50% of the files I was downloading completed whilst the rest downloaded but stated a failed notification (error message)
