direct access operations status not working RRS feed

  • Good afternoon,

    I am troubleshooting direct access issue. The operations status is not returning any values.

    As well as PowerShell returning Health status disabled

    However, if I do run reporting report it seems to be clients are connecting ok.

    Meanwhile, I’m wondering of more information about issue.

    1 Is there any error message or any log in Event Viewer or Remote Access MMC like below?

    2 Please check if any GPO or security policy was configured to deny direct access service and traffic on firewall or anti-virus software.

    For testing purpose, we best turn off windows firewall and third party anti-virus software on DA server and client temporarily.
