New free tool. This is a Silverlight app that attempts to cover all of the known reasons that a virtual app doesn't launch. Look up an error code for possible causes and fixes, with references to KB articles, when available. You can right
click when the tool is running to install it as a local app (and therefore can run it detached from the internet).
Please send me additional entries so we can make the tool more complete.
