certain mails stuck in shadow redundancy queue RRS feed

  • Dear All

    Please, five mails stuck in shadow redundancy queue. No errors at them.

    Number of stuck mails was four then five and it seems increasing. Send externally is working properly. Only these 5 emails are stuck and one of them is from CEO emailL.

    Any help please.

    Environment is two exchange 2016 latest CU, one is mail role and other is edge server. All services are running.

  • Hi,

    If your next hop  is non-exchange smtp server then they will be there. Emails in shadow redundancy doesn't means that those are not delivered. This feature is for ensuring email delivery. These emails will go away after time out.
