Update Rollup 12 For Exchange 2010 SP3 (KB3096066) not showing up RRS feed

    I've noticed that Update Rollup 12 For Exchange 2010 SP3 (KB3096066) that came out on Dec 15th has not shown up on my WSUS server.  It's not in the catalog either, although rollup 11 and earlier are there.  Even when I check manually online for updates from one of my Exchange servers, it does not appear.  It can be downloaded and installed that way, but it seems strange that it's not been published in the usual manner.  Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Most time i see a Rollup one month later then Release Date. I think
    the Rollup will ship in middle of January in WSUS.
