    norton said i had a virus to fix it and then reboot, after i did that and rebooted, all my files seem to be missing, everytime i try to get onto anything, it says c:\windows\system32\msdt.exe application not found, also when i hit internet explorer it starts to load but then a box pops up that says, choose a program below to find file, any help would be greatly appreciated, my personal email is lysalynn2008@VERIZON.NET or you can im me with aol at lysalynn2008 thank you in advance for anyhelp

    i figured it out, i went on microft.com and clicked on technical support and they walked me thru a few things, and they got it to work, it was a virus and it messed up my settings, they had me go into a registry reboot and reconfigure my settings... so if u have this problem, go to www.microsoft.com and they will help you... my rundleexe file was missing and that is a main app. to open all programs
