Good day!
Is it possible - to customize the user to send emails ONLY! from address a public folder (Exchange 2003)?

You can assign SendAs permissions to a mail enabled Public Folder if that is what you mean. http://winadminnotes.wordpress.com/2010/10/22/how-to-send-as-public-folder/
