when a user logs off federation 3.0 page he should be back on the federation page not MS o365 portal

  You want to log off from Office 365 and be redirected somewhere else then?

  It is technically possible to append a wreply to the LogOff URI for your AAD trust... Where would you like to be redirected?

  Nope, the LogOffUri of your Federated Domain in Azure AD with:

  • Set-MsolDomainFederationSettings https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn194088.aspx

  -LogOffUri <string>
          The URL clients are redirected to when they sign out of Office 365.       

  You can append the wreply=https://logoff.url.com kinda parameter to it.
