We have set up a network with server 2003 with AD. We have our internal network behind a firewall. The internal and external domain name is mycompany.com.
I am trying to use an external company to host my mail services. They provide a webmail address at
http://mail.mycompany.com. When I attempt to access this address from any computer on my internal network via a browser it fails. I have read through the online info I can find regarding DNS entries and do not find a way to redirect a specific internal domain address (mail.mycompany.com) to the outside address at the hosting facility.
