  • Hi Patil,

The suggestion of zieglers above is feasible. And the result should be showed in List B not List A, because we need to add the item in List A if we want to show in List A. So please add a Current User Filter in one view of List B, and follow the steps which zieglers has suggested.

    Thanks.

  • You can use Current User Filter web part. I wrote this post a while ago for 2007, but it should work for 2010 as well.

  • Hello,

    Can you explain your requirement?

Do you want to display the list items created/modified/intended to specific users? Or you want to display some of items to a set of people while display other items to other people.

  • Hi Rohan,

My requirement is i have two lists LIST A(EmployeeID,employeeName) List B(EmployeeID,EmployeeName,DepartmentName)

    LIST A

       EmployeeID,employeeName

         1                 A

         2                 B

     List B

       EmployeeID   EmployeeName DepartmentName

       1                      A                        D1

       1                      A                        D2

       2                      B                        D3

By using above two Lists i want to put condidition List A.EmployeeID = B.EmployeeID  and A.EmployeeID =1

    and get the result

    LIST A

       EmployeeID EmployeeName

        1                    A

        1                    A

Could you please let me know how can i achieve this in MOSS 2007.

Please note that i am not using Object model or sharepoint designer

    Regards
