Invites to and from Skype RRS feed

    Hi,

    We're using S4B via Office 365 Business Premium and we're experiencing an issue where if an internal user sends an invite to a Skype user, that user never receives an invitation, but conversely, if a Skype user searches for one of our users (via name or email) they can't be found.

    I've ensured that our S4B settings in 365 Admin are set to allow external users to be contacted but this appears to be across all the users in our organisation.

    Anyone have any ideas what I can look at?

    If you have the below box checked, and your DNS records are set up properly (_sipfederationtls_.tcp.sipdomain.com) then it should work.  If not, please contact Office 365 support.
