    Hello,

    In the subscription I am using this :

    Alert: $Data/Context/DataItem/AlertName$

    Resolution state: $Data/Context/DataItem/ResolutionStateName$

    Last modified by: $Data/Context/DataItem/LastModifiedBy$
    Last modified time: $Data/Context/DataItem/LastModifiedLocal$

    and the alert sent is shoiwing:

    Alert: _026E0E71_A5B3_4781_8FBA_E29D7FC4225D_

    Resolution state: New

    Last modified by: System

    Last modified time: 1/16/2014 12:40:29 PM

    Why $Data/Context/DataItem/AlertName$ is a number _026E0E71_A5B3_4781_8FBA_E29D7FC4225D_?

    It is an alert on exchange CAS servers for KHI: Retry Remote Delivery Queue Length - sustained for 30 minutes - Red(>1) - Hub Transport.

    Any idea?

    Hello,

    I noticed that 2 messages are in the Retry Remote Delivery Queue for and they will be here for 2 days before to be reset by the Exchnage System..

    What should be a good threshold form this as it seems to be the first time for Exchange 2010, 25000 Users, 5 CAS Servers outbound.
