DirectAccess Performance RRS feed

  • Question

  • Getting extremely frustrated with the super slow speeds, and I have to assume something is wrong.

    Client PC - 100MB down, 10MB up

Server Internet connection - 100MB UP and Down

Top speed I can get is about 355 kb/s.  I have to think this is not what's expected, otherwise why would I use this technology!

  • I'm experiencing exactly the same since recently, 355 KB/s. Did you find a solution?

  • I also have seen this, this page seems to sum it up, I haven't been able to change the values on the server yet to also see if we get better results.

command to see/set mtu is like this from cmd

    netsh int ipv6 show int

    to change

    netsh int ipv6 set int "<name of adaptor>" mtu=1328 store=persistent

  • Hi Johnward, the page you mention is just a link to this thread. Do you have a page with values to change to improve the speed?
