Index results doesnt show me Outlook results among others

Hey

i have a windows 7 that doesnt show search results from outlook or office

i tried to rebuild the index using an administrator account it didnt help

i tried to stop the service and start it again.

i also tried to cancel the excluded places for the index to search and it didnt help either..

ive run out of ideas.

Did you add the folders to the search sources?

yes but it dosent show the brackets like in your picture.

only says microsoft outlook

thx for the advice but it didnt help me...

i think the problem is that in the index options it only shows me "Microsoft Outlook" and not the user it refers like in other computers in my company

im starting to lose my mind

i found that the Add-On for "windows search Email indexer" keeps crushing down.

any suggestions?
