FileZilla Server is not a Microsoft product and is not a Windows 7 feature.
You will find the appropriate forum @ https://forum.filezilla-project.org/viewtopic.php?t=39838 and that is where you need to discuss your problems with your 3rd party application.

Hi Naveen26,
Based on my search and knowledge, the TLS problem about filezilla server could be caused by some updates. If you met the error, maybe your Windows isn't fully patched. We could try install the missing updated for your operating system. Please try install the KB2533623 to check.
If the issue still insists, I suggest that we could try contact the filezilla official support for help.
