My client is using win 2008 r2. Someday, the client cannot access map driver, then reboot the server. The server manage appear "The directory schema is not accessible because: An invalid directory pathname was passed. For this reason, the Newmenu may be inaccurate, andextensionsnap-ins may not work preperly" Now, cannot add or delete user account. cannot map new driver. However some user can still access the pam driver but some doesn't. Any gentlemen could help???Thursday, January 23, 2014 1:09 PM

1. What you did before it starts to happen? Any installation, change of configuration and update?
2. Check the AD/DNS health with dcdiag

3. Share your findings from Event logs (errors and warnings)
