Portal Users missing Incident Update function RRS feed

  • Hi All

    We Seem to be missing the function to allow our end user to update their Incidents via the Web Portal. Is this a feature that's disabled by default?

    We're running SCSM 2010 SP1, so the feature should be available.

    If I open an incident in the End User Portal, I can see the button to 'Close Request' but no way to add a new comment. What am I missing??

    Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
