Why won't a corrected timesheet go thru?

  I corrected a timesheet by zero-ing out hours in the Actual line and putting those hours on the Non-billable line. Every time I try to save or send the timesheet the page refreshes and the timesheet looks like this:

  

  I've already tried deleting and re-creating the timesheet - same result. Every time I input zeros on the actual line it looks like it "takes" but when I go to save or send the timesheet, it reverts back to the above - with negative numbers where the zeros use to be.

  Does anyone know why this is happening?
