Normal file editing should not cause file corruption. Nonetheless, if your file does get corrupted, go to the MVP website at, http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm, and take a look at FAQ 43 - handling project file corruptions and/or bloat. Please note
that method 2 no longer applies for Project versions 2007 and later. Also be aware that using all methods except method 1 will cause you to lose all custom formatting (i.e. views, table, calendars, etc.). You can recover those by first using the Organizer
to copy those to a new blank file and then again using the Organizer to transfer them to your new cleaned up file. Be careful though, those custom items may be corrupt.
