    Dear Team,

    I have smtp email id configure in application i.e "Noreply@Domain .com" when ever user is sending mail via Exchange server to External users mail doesn't get delivered and give error message "5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain". And if he sends mail Distribution group mail doesn't get dilevered neither we get any bounce back message.

    Check your connectors - Allow mail relay to external address with powershell - but NOT for all IP‘s. You don‘t want to use an open relay (for everyone). Check this: https://practical365.com/exchange-server/exchange-2016-smtp-relay-connector

    Hi,

    Agree with Guru_Doc, you can create an anonymous SMTP relay connector for specific IP addresses. Here is an article about creating and configuring a receive connector for anonymous relay, you may get some useful information from it: Allow anonymous relay on Exchange servers
