Unable to send medical records using direct id RRS feed

  • I was able to send the medical records from healthvault to a direct id few months back. But now when i try to send it using messagecenter it errors out as Sorry, you can't send Direct messages to the following recipients: 

    Please help.

  • Hi,

    The first thing you should do is find out if the doctor is still accepting incoming Direct messages. Typically, that error message would mean that the address won't accept incoming Direct messages from patients, even if they may send outgoing messages.
